- Build and maintain a network of ServiceNow professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and facilitate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to support the decisionmaking process.
- Work with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Negotiate and extend job offers considering competitive market conditions and organizational requirements
- Stay informed about market trends salary benchmarks and competitive landscape for ServiceNow professionals and provide insights to hiring managers on market conditions and strategies for attracting top talent.
- Keep detailed records of candidate interactions feedback and status in the recruitment database and leverage the database for future talent acquisition needs.
- Stay updated on changes within the ServiceNow ecosystem and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Skills
- Proven work experience in recruitment with a focus on technical roles particularly those related to ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with various recruitment processes and strategies.
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform modules and certifications.
- Ability to comprehend and assess technical skills relevant to ServiceNow.
- The ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong communication networking and negotiation skills.
- Adherence to ethical recruitment practices and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and industry trends.

Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or a related field is often preferred.
- 2 3 years IT or Tech recruitment experience in ServiceNow
