Job description

Role & Responsibilities :

- Convert walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.

- Provide and maintain exceptional customer service to each customer.

- Build relationships with clients.

- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Assist in store operations.

- Support in marketing activities by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans and assisting in execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

1. Personal Traits :

- Pleasing, Professional and Polished appearance.

- Proactive with good presence of mind.

- High level of detail orientation.

- Fast learner.

- Flexible to take on multiple responsibilities.

2. Professional Background & Functional Knowledge :

- Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment.

- Extensive experience in personal customer liaison with HNI clients.

- Professional experience in a sales role for high end watches and jewellery will be preferred.

3. Skills :

- Ability to hold conversations with ultra HNIs.

- Effective communicator. Excellent in written and oral English. Any other foreign language will be an added advantage.

- Ability to adaptively perform in an evolving environment

4. Travel :

- Willingness to travel as per business requirement.
