Purpose of the role:

We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process design, operation and implementation. The candidate should be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.

You need to have good knowledge of Process Planning, Process Engineering, Tool room and Fabrication/ Casting methods. Other necessary manufacturing engineer skills include project management ability, commitment to quality, and familiarity with safety and environmental standards. If you're also inventive and meticulous, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you'll be the one to ensure our production lines work efficiently and effectively to satisfy our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements.
• Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process.
• Create processes and procedures to help the company meet budgetary goals as well as performance quotas.
• Devise new solutions to existing manufacturing problems.
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
• Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
• Integrate disparate systems (e.g. equipment handling, transport).
• Resolve issues and delays in production.
• Perform risk assessments.
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
• Upgrade systems and processes with new technology.

Personality traits/Competencies:

• Strong written and spoken English and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic, high energy level, motivation and enthusiasm.
• Competent with MS Office.
• SAP operation acquaintance is a must.

Job Specifications/Profile:

• Qualification BE in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 70% aggregate with all subjects cleared in a single attempt.
• Previous experience of minimum 3 years as a Process/Manufacturing engineer or similar role in shift handling involving, man, machine, material and process.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication/Casting methods and tool design & its applications.
• Knowledge of CNC programming & operations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
• Working in heavy engineering/ETO kind of industries with CNC machines
