Job Responsibilites

  • Plant Administration

To handle Administration of the plant such as Security, Transportation, GHK, Horticulture and related support services To ensure services related to employee welfare and operations such as Cafeteria & pantry services, Uniform procurement & management, maintenance of change rooms including locker allocation and conference rooms To develop and monitor HR & admin budget for all activities including services, welfare & engagement Accountable for managing the activities of Reception, calls, incoming and outgoing mails, letters Accountable for managing EPBX, Fax system, courier management, telephone bills & maintenance Visitor Management and Hotel Management. R&R for the contractual person deputed for various services Managing the estate matter with HSIIDC Liaison with Police and local administration

  • Vendor & Contract Management

Handling vendors under various admin contract Accountable for effective negotiation with vendors for contract hiring or renewal Setting up expectation with respect to services and compliance with vendor in the line of organization business objectives To ensure periodic awareness training sessions for all contractual employee Timely renewal of all agreements within given budgets-before the contract expiry date

  • Statutory Compliance

Ensure 100% statutory compliance for respective contractors-As per statutory check list Compliance to budget with regards to all admin cost

  • Employee Engagement:

To drive various Employee Engagement and welfare initiatives through Sports Tournaments. Facilitate Transport, Canteen & In-house washing CFT's to ensure associate engagement & collaborative decision making and drive ownership
