Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced freelance IT/Technical recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT industry and a proven track record of successfully recruiting technical professionals.

Note : Freshers Please excuse - Kindly do not apply if you are not experienced

Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top IT/Technical talent, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and professional associations.

Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements to communicate job requirements effectively and attract suitable candidates.

Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and informed about relevant job opportunities.

Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Note: This is a freelancer role. The candidate needs to find the candidates from their own sources. 

Requirements

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule interviews, gather feedback.

Proven experience as a technical recruiter from the IT industry.

In-depth knowledge of technical roles, skills, and technologies commonly used in software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
