Position: US Bench Sales Recruiter**
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated US Bench Sales Recruiter who excels in a dynamic and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the drive for success. This role requires previous experience in IT sales within the staffing/consulting industry, particularly in North American IT staffing/consulting.
**Requirements:**
- **Prior Experience:** Minimum one years of experience in IT sales within the staffing/consulting industry, with a focus on North American IT staffing/consulting.
- **Account Management:** Demonstrated ability in account development and management.
- **Business Development:** Proven track record in cold calling and generating innovative strategies to establish new business.
- **Skills:** Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- **Client Relationship:** Ability to build and maintain client relationships using various methods such as internet, social media, job portals, and database mining.
- **Sales Leads:** Proficiency in using Boolean Logic, x-raying, networking, and referral promotion to generate sales leads.
- **Understanding of Employment Types:** Thorough understanding of employment types (W2/1099/C2C) in the USA.
- **Target Achievement:** Proven record of managing and achieving targets in previous roles.
- **Technology Savvy:** Desire to learn and stay updated with innovative technologies.
- **Pressure Handling:** Comfortable working at high speeds under pressure.
- **Initiative:** Ambitious, dynamic initiative-taker with high energy and drive for success.
- **Software Proficiency:** Proficiency in Internet applications and MS Office.
- **Independence:** Ability to work with minimal supervision, analyze the market, and work with Prime vendors, VMS, MSP, and end clients.
- **Desirable:** Experience in deploying employees on new projects.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Generate new clients and repeat business through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Manage the sales cycle, including presentations, proposals, project status meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in client meetings and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
