Job description
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities - Responsible for business development
- Conducting trials at customers end & convince technically.
- Handling sales, marketing and business development, customer techno- commercial services activities
- Technical Presentation at customer end
- Provide Technical Back up for queries about process & resolve
- Responsible for sales generation for the Adhesives, Catalyst, Thermosetting Resins(Unsaturated Polyester resin, Vinyl esters), Glass Fiber, Mold Release agent, Core materials
- Complete understanding of all the products and services offered
- Respond to sales queries of prospective customers
- Follow through with customers for collections and ensure collection targets are met on a timely basis
- Provide daily reports to leadership
- Identify new opportunities and pursue them with new (lead generation) and existing customers
- Analyze market trends / requirements, and recommend changes to leadership for future opportunities
- Expand the product / service offerings to increase the market share
- o Action and own the business plans laid by the leadership to meet defined sales targets
Qualifications - Previous account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel
