As a Real Estate Sales Representative, your role is to make the real estate journey a breeze for our clients. You'll be connecting with people, showcasing properties, and helping them find their perfect home or investment. Responsibilities:

  1. Connect with Clients: Talk to potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the real estate process.
  2. Find Leads: Hunt for potential clients through networking, referrals, and reaching out to new connections.
  3. Showcase Properties: Present our residential and commercial properties to clients, highlighting what makes each one special.
  4. Guide Clients: Help clients understand the real estate market, financing options, and legal aspects.
  5. Close Deals: Negotiate and finalize deals that leave both parties satisfied.
  6. Team Up: Work with the marketing team to create listings and promotional materials.
  7. Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and what our competitors are up to.
  8. Keep Records: Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Sales Experience: Have some experience in real estate sales, or a strong desire to learn.
  2. Communication Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to make people feel comfortable.
  3. Networking Skills: Enjoy meeting new people and have a proactive approach to finding potential clients.
  4. Local Knowledge: Understand the basics of local real estate rules and market trends.
  5. Team Player: Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Results-Oriented: Aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
  7. Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
