Project Overview: Palladium is appointed as the Program Management Consultant (PgMC) for the Operation and Management of City Bus Services of Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC).

Nashik Mahanagar Parivahan Mandal Limited (NMPML) under Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) aims to build a robust public transportation ecosystem which will bring about a modal shift to being sustainable, efficient, safe and state of art public transport infrastructure for Nashik.

Job Description:

PgMC shall also assist NMC for end-to-end Transaction Advisory Services i.e. preparation of tender document, bid process management and help in selecting project consultant/ developer/ partner or procuring goods and /or services. These works includes but not limited to:

1. Developing Procurement Plan and Guidelines
2. Procuring buses of all kinds, Agency for Revenue Collection, Accounting and Auditing, Operations Management, etc. for further phases of development, (if required).
3. Bus Operator and Agency selection for next Phases
4. Development works for depots/ terminals/ bus shelters or any other related infrastructure, supplies.
5. Hiring an outsourced agencies like - PR Agency or any other services for smooth functioning of city bus services.
6. For each contract package, bidding documents shall be prepared in accordance with standard procurement guidelines as specified and approved by the client.
7. The document content will depend on the procurement plan Requirements - as the expansion of the fleet and activities are approved by the client.
8. Any templates shall be prepared in accordance with standard procurement guidelines and international best practices.
9. There are expected to be several contracts for the supply of equipment and goods, Services, and for civil works.
10. Assist Client in the preparation of bidding documents and assist if requested in the administration of the bidding of these extra contract packages, as needed and as part of the services being provided.

Role Requisites:

1. MBA/ PGDM/ M.Tech or equivalent
2. 2 Years of Work Experience in Procurement and Contracting for Public Transport
