IT IS A FREE RECRUITMENT Position Title: Sales Supervisor (Sr. Executive) Experience Minimum 5 years (Gulf experience in Perfume Industry is highly preferable)
Location: KSA All Location
Salary SAR 5500/-

Requirements :
MBA in sales and Marketing
 Should have experience in Cosmetic / Perfume Industry / Retail industry
 Should possess a valid Driving License and job requires to drive around
 Proficiency in Arabic is a plus / must be keen on learning the language to perform job
 Excellent in Communication skills
 Must possess knowledge in computers and Microsoft office
 Team Player
 Must be able to handle work under pressure

Providing strategic direction to Sales Team pertaining to sales patterns,
trends, marketing outstanding, aging payment recovery, business
expansion, new market development.
Setting KPI's and KRA's for the team and constantly monitor their
performance based on that.
Organizing training for all members of the team to achieve high standards
of product knowledge, customer service, selling skills, merchandising,
inventory control & loss prevention.
Take care of Inter location transfers of sales team members as per the
business requirement
