Recruitment Specialist – US Staffing: Overview: As a Senior Non-IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for spearheading the recruitment efforts for non-IT roles within our organization. This key position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and attracting top-tier talent for various departments. Your role is integral to ensuring we build a high-performing team that aligns with our company's goals and values.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter in US Staffing, with a focus on Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Technician roles, etc. This role requires min 2 to 4 years of experience in NON-IT recruitment only with direct clients. Strong knowledge of non-technical functional areas and job market trends. Someone with excellent knowledge of working with Direct Clients and Full-time positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
