Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a DLP Manager.

As a DLP Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the organization's Data Classification and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) activities.

This includes researching and identifying potential DLP risks, developing and implementing policies and procedures to minimize those risks, and analyzing DLP metrics to improve overall performance.

You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate DLP technologies and practices across the organization.

Qualifications

D

• egree in computer science, computer engineering, information security, or a related field
• 1 plus year of experience in data loss prevention programs and risk management practices
• Expert-level knowledge of DLP technologies and tools, including Symantec DLP and Forcepoint DLP
• Experience in building, deploying, and managing DLP solutions across large and complex enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of information security principles and standards (e.g., ISO 27001/27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, HIPAA)
• Solid understanding of network protocols and information security vulnerabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred
