Job description
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, coupled with a keen eye for design and storytelling. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and a passion for visual media. Key Responsibilities: Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the brand’s vision. Utilize Adobe After Effects to create engaging motion graphics and visual effects that enhance the narrative and visual appeal of projects. Work with Adobe Premiere Pro to efficiently edit video clips, incorporating sound, special effects, and color correction as needed. Use Adobe Photoshop to create and manipulate images and graphics for use in video projects. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for new content. Maintain a clear understanding of the storyline and objectives of each project, ensuring that the final product aligns with the company’s brand and audience expectations. Organize and manage digital footage and project files in a structured and accessible manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video editing and motion graphics. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in video editing and motion graphics. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop. Strong storytelling skills with an excellent sense of pacing, timing, and narrative flow. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other creative professionals. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. A degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
