Job Summary: The Team Lead of Strategic and Transaction Quality is responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals in assessing and enhancing the quality of strategic initiatives and transactional processes within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing guidance to the team to drive continuous improvement. The Team Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the organization's strategic goals and transactional processes align with established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
Â
Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to a team of quality assurance analysts.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Assign and prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of quality assessments.

2. Quality Assurance Strategy:
Â
Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with senior management to align quality initiatives with strategic goals.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance quality assurance methodologies.

3 .Quality Assessment:

Lead the evaluation of strategic initiatives and transactional processes to identify areas of improvement.
Develop and maintain quality assessment frameworks and scorecards.
Conduct regular audits, reviews, and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.

4. Performance Metrics:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
