Role Description

The Client Serving Manager at FreshBox Media Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction, as well as supervising the work of account managers and providing guidance on campaign strategies. This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client management or account management in a marketing or advertising industry
• Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in managing and leading a team of account managers or project managers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities
• Experience in managing budgets and delivering campaigns within prescribed timelines and budgets
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate complex situations efficiently
• Passion for marketing and advertising with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations
