Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Belgaum for an Operations and Maintenance Engineer. The Operations and Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's automated systems and equipment. The Operations and Maintenance Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality control, to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and will also collaborate on the development and implementation of new equipment and systems. Qualifications ITI /Diploma Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in operations, maintenance, or engineering Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and systems, including automation, conveyors, Beckhoff PLCs, HMIs, and sensors Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skillsJob tags
