Job DescriptionPosition Overview :Candidate with 15+ Year of Managing very large-scale IT projects/programs, Experience in managing large team spread across multiple locations. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.2. Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.3. Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.4. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.5. Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and methodologies.7. Mentor and coach project team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in project management.8. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values accountability, transparency, and innovation.9. Manage customer billing and EBIT. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in project management.2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.4. Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.5. Experience leading cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization.Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, ADO
QualificationsBE/BTech, MBA preferred
