Job description
Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and skilled Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by reaching out to potential clients understanding their needs and offering solutions from our vast network of skilled freelancers. He should be able to handle the team of 25 people.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
2. Present promote and sell services using solid arguments and a consultative approach.
3. Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and follow up.
5. Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
6. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
7. Analyze the territory/markets potential track sales and generate status reports.
8. Should be well aware of reporting.
9. Should train the team on selling the product.
