Role: Senior Recruiter Position: Permanent - Full Time (Work From Office Only) Experience: 3-10 Years Package: Up to 6 LPA Role: Technical Recruiter Position: Permanent - Full Time (Work From Office Only) Experience: 0-3 Years Package: Up to 3.5 LPA We are looking for Recruiters with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Responsibilities - Understand the client's requirement and arrive at a hiring plan
- Write and post technical job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from all platforms.
- Candidate management and control through the lifecycle
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements - Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work against revenue-driven targets
