Job Title: Marketing Manager (Strictly from Jewelry Background)Experience: Minimum 5 YearsJob Location: Navi Mumbai (Vashi)Generate new walk ins by doing in store and out store events through sources, Which are listed below.Acquiring new data.Society eventKitty groupCluster exhibitionCross Tie UpsReferences from personal sourcePop up showsResponsibilities:Taking appointment with society manager and do meetings with RWA (Resident welfare society) and take permission for upcoming resident society event and plan further.Making budget sheet for the event after negotiations and send to H.O for further approval.Plan for various events and exhibitions to market the products.Plan and support my team to implementation of visual merchandizingDevelop creative marketing strategies to attract more customers.Plan and Implement various social media marketing initiatives as planned by HO.Coordinate with respective vendors and do negotiation as per the budget.Support team for all logistic during events or exhibitions.Contribute towards achievement of sales target of the store.Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.Generating new business leads.Increasing brand awareness and market share.Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.Planning & execute Business & marketing department’s budget.Managing the marketing department's staff.Supporting new joinee in calling process how to address /pitch to customerPreparing and presenting event wise walk ins and sales generation of in store and out store event monthly to senior management & H.O.Keeping informed and update of marketing strategies and trends, same is executed to store.Sourcing and negotiate gift to customer within respective budgetSharing new planning and offers for store and events.Attend customers sometime in exhibition and store. When all sales staff is busy in attending customers I look after for basic operations to work smoothen and controlled.Support sales staff while attending customer and handling goods and deliverySecondary Role – SalesResponsibilitiesPlan strategies to achieve every monthly target.Execute and manage various promotional events as directed by Senior.Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.Identify the needs and expectations of the potential customersBuild and maintain strong customer relationships with customers with high level of customer serviceGive an impactful presentation of the product to the customer.Be updated about new products in the market and activities of various competitorsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years' experience in marketingAbility to multi-taskStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
