Business Development of Power Distribution products for EP Business in India.

Job Description

Responsible for managing following product business development activities:

- Quantify market trends, Identifies product gaps and its potential

- Estimate market size & market share progression in order to strategize on gaining market share profitably

- Recommends addressing product gaps, draft Business Plan, RS alignment with PRM etc.

- Manage Ramp-up / ramp-up of products for Domestic India business

- Computes Business Impact on promoting product sales strategies independently and via distributor policies,

- Implement L2 Price List (proposal, computation of business impact and coordination with other stake holders).

- Reviews the product KPI development of existing products, identifies challenges and recommends solutions to reach planned volumes.

- Defines Marcom activities, plans and implements the same while monitoring the impact. Engage with marketing agencies to deliver a consistent marketing

storyline

- Plans the product availability at the market acceptable lead times.

- Supports in Product Launches and participation in key fairs and exhibitions

- Monitors and achieves Product KPIs (Qty, Revenue, Margin, Inventory)

- Communicate with industry experts, partners, consultants etc., to develop focus marketing activities for product push

- Interact with Senior Management and Key stakeholders
