Job description:
· The technical support engineer will be responsible for providing 1st level support on the products / solutions promoted by Softcell
· He must keep his tech support and solutions skill set updated continuously
· Remote support and onsite support to our clientele
· Adhere to the project timelines
· Understand customer requirement and implement solution accordingly
· Should be able to practise the concepts of the solutions in lab environment
· Must take part in product demonstrations and PoC / PoV
· Must be willing to work on multiple solutions without any reservations
Key skills:
· Any ManageEngine products. (ServiceDesk Plus, OPManager, Endpoint Central, Password Manager Pro)
