Performance Marketing Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Jaipur. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and retention through paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising. The Performance Marketing Manager will also analyze and report on campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue growth.

• Experience in performance marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, and other paid channels
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in analyzing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus
