Nalka Metal Industries Pvt Ltd, a prominent player in the Bathroom and Sanitary fittings and accessories sector, is seeking proactive and skilled Marketing/Sales/Field Sales Executives. This vital role is centered around the bustling Indian market, with a specific focus on the Delhi/NCR area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit retail shops, engage with contractors, and liaise with architects to promote our product range.
- Conduct dynamic product demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our bathroom and sanitary fittings and accessories.
- Actively take orders from clients and ensure a seamless ordering process.
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Keep abreast of the latest market trends and provide feedback to enhance our product offerings and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the bathroom and sanitary fittings industry.
- Demonstrated success in a similar sales role, with a consistent track record in meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Requirements:
- Personal conveyance for daily field visits.
- Good knowledge of the Delhi/NCR area.
