Job description

Branch Manager 

A Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch. Duties include hiring staff and heading the onboarding and staff training process, building rapport with customers and the community, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.

ï'·Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities associated with increasing sales.
ï'·Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
ï'·Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
ï'·Maintain fruitful relationships with nbfc's, current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
ï'·Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
ï'·Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.
ï'·Identify areas of training and development among the branch staff and play a lead role in helping them grow and develop their professional abilities.
ï'·Conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
ï'·Handling branch team members, organizing marketing activities events for the branches
ï'·Organizing and Providing training to branch members
ï'·Coordinating with other branch to share knowledge, plan promotional activities or achieve the goals
ï'·Carry out effectively all the procedures like filling up Application (KYC/Check List),
ï'·documents verification (Aadhar/ Passport/DL/ Ration Card/Govt Issued Address proof-linked to purchasing gold from the customer
ï'·Conduct gold testing and evaluation process.
ï'·Ensure that the company process is followed, set sales targets and work towards achieving them.
ï'·Developing and implementing business plans and focus on improving branch business
