Overview The Perfect Store Manager is part of the perfect store team in the APAC DX department and is responsible for governing development of channel specific strategies across channels – OT, TT, AFH (based on the PS framework) and category blueprints/[icos to facilitate the flawless execution of our commercial plans In this role, you will play a key role in driving Perfect Store agenda for the APAC DX team for PepsiCo internal teams and our bottlers, esp. with focus on project managing , administration, project tracking, data and PicOs development that support these initiatives . You will be a trusted member of the APAC DX team and responsible for ensuring perfet store initiatives are executed smoothly and tracked across key markets – as we live our vision of identifying stores with the biggest sales potential and partnering with them to accelerate growth through EDGE, prioritized investment and personalisaed execution. You will be an expert in project mgmt. and have some fundamental understanding of cat man and/or basic data analysis and data quality assurance. The position exists to unlock competitive advantage in go-to-market and execution through ensuring that our personalized perfect store amibition comes to life in these markets with a focus on OT, TT and AfH. The role holder will also leverage industry best practice and shared learnings within GBS to help to establish perfect store and project mdmt best practice to support market projects. Responsibilities Develop our existing tools to build greater simulation and forecasting capability, giving our business and our retail customers confidence that we can improve returns on current execution, asset deployment and activation plans., with 3 main focus areas: Perfect Store Adminisation Meeting notes and actions from all PS meetings Updating of timelines for all key projects Setting up and maintenance of ongoing Perfect Store meetings Maintence of Clarity for project tracking Data checking Data checking and cleansing of outlet data to spot errors and/or incorrect data mataches across both white space outlets (eg.new stores) & current stores Perfect Store Reporting Updating of transformation reporting Reporting on tracking of PICOS deployment and uplifts of results in conjunction with Data Scenitsits (eg. Building Ppt review decks for business review) PICOS Basic PICOS development for small customers – ppt only (eg. Rack design in TH, or basic PPT POGs) THF, NZF, PHIL MAPS , AUB, NZB Picos development support post capability training (eg, editing of ppt before they go to agency) AUF, NZF, THF , VNF + Bevs in H2 Qualifications University degree: Master Degree in Business/Marketing/ Market Research/Sociology is preferable Min 5 years Insights experience in a leading FMCG company Experience and in-depth understanding of both execution and strategy development Understanding of basic analytical tools and knowledge of statistics Excel and Powerpoint skills Digitally Savvy, knowledgeable of the latest trend in shopper & consumer research Fluent English Results orientated, demonstrated in Store-back thinking Attention to detail and strong work ethic Proactive strategic thinker, with business acumen Excellent collaborator and strong people skills Proven ability to manage in a matrix organization Able to build strong relationships with peers and senior management Lead digital change and challenges the status quo Committed team player with a passion to grow in the organization Excellent communication skills
