About the Team

You will work with the business & production teams.

At early stage startups, talent density is one of the key factors that separates the best from the rest. As a talent acquisition professional, your role will be instrumental in ensuring we have the best individuals for the jobs that open across non-tech and supporting roles from Exponent Energy's factory.

What you will do:

• Find the best talent across tech & non-tech roles for the production and factory teams
• Work closely with the founders and heads of departments to evaluate current and future talent requirements
• Facilitate onboarding of new employees
• Ensure a healthy pipeline for existing open roles
• Engage with the stakeholders to optimize and improve process to facilitate good candidate experience and speedy closures.

Requirements

What you will need:

• Ability to understand the requirements of both non-tech, production, process engineering and supply chain roles
• Solid networking skills to develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
• At least 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience of hiring in an independent role
