Freshers with 6 months to 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter are encouraged to apply Excellent oral and writing communication skills in English, as well as mail and telephone etiquette Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Career and goal-oriented Good time management and organization skills

Job Description : Recruitment will be the primary responsibility. Should be well-versed in both non-IT and IT requirements. Ability to communicate and persuade others to support a cause. By analyzing the nature and importance of the requirement, find and recruit potential candidates using databases, job portals, social media, and other methods. Make a cold call to passive applicants and set up an appointment. Shortlisting, screening resumes and job applications. Then Schedule interviews and tests to potential candidates Co-ordinating with Candidates & ensuring onboarded smoothly until they join. Ability to work both individually and as part of a team, with a high level of focus and attention to detail.
