Hiring for Mechanical Engineer

Hands-on experience in AutoCAD is a must.

Location - Chennai

Requirements

· B.E / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering, having 3 to 5 years of industry experience.

· Experience in preparation of detail engineering documents (specification, data sheet, BOM) related to mechanical discipline in the domain of water and wastewater systems is preferred or the same experience in other domains like chemical processing or oil & gas may also be considered.

· Knowledge and experience in detailing of instruments, valves and piping is preferred.

· Hands-on experience in AutoCAD is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Study of the technical specification of the customer contract document, proposal document and P&ID .
• Preparation of mechanical engineering deliverables like specifications, datasheet, PFD's, and P&ID's for equipment related to water and wastewater treatment products and systems.
• Preparation of complete BOM as per P&ID for equipment, instruments, valves, and piping related to water and wastewater treatment products and systems.
• Coordination with other engineering disciplines towards detail engineering.
• To work in conjunction with the Application engineer and Mechanical design team.
