Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate with a strong background in tutoring CA, CS, and CMA students. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of the latest marketing trends, an understanding of student pain points, and preferably a background in professional coaching or faculty roles within the relevant subjects.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY

- Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in education and marketing. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the professional coaching industry.

- Content Development: Contribute to creating educational content that aligns with the needs of CA, CS, and CMA students. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and accuracy.

- Events and Workshops: Organise and participate in events, workshops, and seminars to showcase our educational offerings. Represent the organisation at industry conferences and networking events.

SECONDARY

- Lead Generation and Conversion: Assist in generating traffic through various channels, including online platforms, partnerships, and networking.

- Product and Service Promotion: Contribute in developing strategies to promote our educational services to the target audience. Create and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in tutoring CA, CS, or CMA students.

- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and strategies.

- Strong understanding of the pain points and challenges students face in professional courses.

Preferred:

- Background in professional coaching or faculty roles within the subjects of CA, CS, or CMA.

- Demonstrated success in business development within the educational sector.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
