Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, formulating partnerships with the business to deliver value-added service, and managing complex employee relations issues. The Human Resources Business Partner will also provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
Qualifications - Expertise in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
- Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in Performance Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with business partners
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
