Job Description:

• Salesforce Administration : Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related activities, including user management, data integrity, ( Community ) Cloud, system configuration, and customization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations. Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• User Support : Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, assisting them with their day-to-day activities, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing their use of the system.
• System Maintenance : Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as data backups, data cleansing, and system upgrades, to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Workflow and Process Automation : Design, implement, and maintain workflow rules, validation rules, and process automation using Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Apex triggers.
• Customization and Configuration : Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and other components to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Data Management : Manage data imports, exports, and data quality, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within the system.
• System Integration : Work closely with developers and integration teams to ensure smooth integration of Salesforce with other business systems, such as marketing automation tools and ERP systems.
• Stay Up to Date : Keep up with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionalities to drive business success.

Requirements & Skills:

• Very good Salesforce Configuration knowledge
• Experience in Sales and Experience (Community) Cloud.
• Experience in working on support/enhancement projects.
• Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
• Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
• Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
• Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
• Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
