Job Summary We are looking for Project Planner who will be responsible to develop, maintain and analyze project schedules, prepare monthly progress reports, resource loading and forecast reports. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop level four project schedules using WBS and resource loading in a scheduling tool. Maintain project Schedules by collecting progress data, updating schedules, developing and implementing status report showing % completion. Apply critical path methodology to develop schedules and complete project planning Providing Resource Requirements to the project execution team using current scheduling techniques and through histograms and ‘S’ Curves Analyze budget by WBS, earned value and performance factors to provide accurate and timely forecasting on project execution status to the Project Manager. Supporting Resource Managers with resource Planning and Forecasting. Supporting Resource Allocation and Assignments Baseline, Hours, Budget, Loading and Adjusting. Schedule Updating Customer Survey Process and Quality Audit Process Histogram graph for Resource planning and allocation Project review and updates Monitor Operational Effectiveness Maintain Project Utilization reports Overspending Analysis and Productivity Tracking Project setup in Oracle Maintain change orders in Business systems viz, Oracle, clarity Track and monitor VDRL Evaluate Project cost against available Hours and control cost overrun Assist Project Managers for GP analysis Monitor Project Financial forecast for timely invoicing and Milestone updates Assist PM with Expenditure enquiry reports Invoice Forecast Risk Monitoring and Update Risk Register Maintain Project Financial Dashboard Inventory and Financial Checks Assist Project Managers with Overdue Payments Integrated Project Reporting Analysis of Project Labor and Cost Resource Forecasting Tool Project Progress Reporting Project Pursuit Support Financial Forecasting Tool Resource Planning For This Role, You Will Need: Advanced skills of using planning software’s - Clarity, MS Project, Primavera, Oracle Experience with project life cycles and sequencing Advance level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook) Experience in Project Data Analysis Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Master’s degree in science Or Degree in Engineering Total experience of 5 years in planning domain from Oil and Gas IndustryJob tags
