About the role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as Senior Manager - Banking Alliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic partnerships and drive business growth in a dynamic fintech industry. Responsibilities: Manage existing relationships with banks while also onboarding new Banking/NBFC relationships. Build strong lending tie-ups with banks/NBFCs/Ecosystem players Ensure higher levels of engagement with banks for 'Sell with,' 'Sell to,' and 'Sell through' strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective alliance strategies. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with banking partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities. Requirements: Proven track record in banking alliance management, preferably in the Fintech industry. Strong connections with senior decision makers in banks. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience: 10-12 years total work experience with a minimum of 4 years proven experience in banking alliance for Fintech or in banks predominantly dealing with Fintech Located in Delhi or willing to relocate.
