Exp: 5 - 8yrs

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

Minimum 4 to 5 years of Strong experience of Servicenow development and at least 3+ years of
experience in ServiceNow Integrations.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate the following ServiceNow development Skills: Create and
configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, Advanced scripting logic (Script
Include).
Strong Expertise in developing the catalog item, record producer, notifications, SLA definition,
Integrations and other components based on requirements.
Experience with JavaScript, REST, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS, and associated frameworks (AngularJS,
Bootstrap).
Play a key role in the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the
existing product suite.
Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications, and systems.
Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST.
Creation of design documents, test cases & Unit testing.
Defect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancement.
Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow.
Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.
Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions,
Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
Must have experience working with UI builder and latest features which helps end user experience.
Working experience in highly collaborative agile environment.

Certifications:
Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Preferred
Certified Application Developer – Nice to have
