Job description
• Daily Time & Action checking for respective site
• Time & Action queries send to GM for checking.
• Resolve the queries and save to respective folder.
• Documentation of new starters (joining formalities)
• Assign training module in HRMS software
• Preparing offer letters, joining formalities, appraisals, resignations and
terminations.
• Review holidays, leaves and absences and resolving discrepancies therein.
• Weekly HR Tracker
• Monthly payroll report.
• Monthly Flow training report
• Preparation of Housekeeping wages cost
• Any other works assigned by the management.
• Must be well-versed in using any HR Software
• Must have excellent communication skills (English).
• Experience in Payroll Management is preferred.
• Present a professional approach at all times
