Job description

Role: Talent Acquisition Executive
Working Time: 9 AM to 6 PM
Working Days: MONDAY TO SATURDAY
Working Mode: Hybrid
Salary: 15k to 30k
Language: English

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related degree in Human Resources field .

Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive scouting and sourcing of potential candidates through various channels.
- Utilize end-to-end hiring methods, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by networking, attending job fairs, and utilizing social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and evaluations to ensure a good fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling and feedback collection.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to attract top-quality candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of different sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Ability to assess candidate skills and cultural fit for the organization.
