Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor at Trinity Engineers Pvt. Ltd. located in Pune. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing production schedules, planning, and supervising a team of production workers. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for communication with other departments, managing the production process, and ensuring quality control.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Production Management
- Experience in creating and managing production schedules
- Production Planning and Communication skills
- Ability to manage a team of production workers
- Knowledge of quality control standards and practices
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
