Job Purpose
To support, monitor HR Operations activities for DIAL & GAL like Payroll, Time Management.To ensure 100% Compliance of activities like Gratuity & Superannuation, PF Trust. Act as SPOC for Insurance Management. ( GMI,GTI,GPA & Super Top Up) and Employee Grievance. This position will also be a HR BP for departments like HR&FMS, QSD, and Corp Comm. SPG & CEO Office. ORGANISATION CHART Key Accountabilities Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators HR Operations Providing payroll Input to SSC. Final settlement process & verifying before release to employee. PF Trust, Gratuity & Superannuation. Documentation for NJ & Separated employees. PF transfer / Loan Gratuity & Superannuation claim submission to SSC – Compliance and ensure release of the same as per time lines. Personal file maintenance, GMR Airports Limited & DIAL Coordinate for internal audits & ensures closure of audit points. Outsourced Manpower. Billing PO/PR Compliance Payments Joining & Exit formalities. Ensure salary release on time. Insurance Management GMI, GTI, GPA & Super top. Providing data to concerned stake holder for Renewal. Monthly addition / deletion data. Preparing MIS with regards to claims. Coordinating with TPA & Service provider for smooth process of claims. HR Business Partner Corp. Comm. SPG Success Factor Off boarding , Transfers , Probation confirmation , reporting changes for DIAL & GAL Employees EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS Bankers , Auditors , Insurance service provider Tax Consultants. INTERNAL INTERACTIONS CHR, other business stake holders, IT & SSC-HR Admin & Payroll team. DIAL-CEO , HOD's FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS AOP 240 Crores Audits Other Dimensions Employees of Airports Business Outsourced Employees.
