Experience: 6-8 years.
Qualifications: Any Graduates/ Graduate / PG in Communications / Digital Communication

- Content development and storytelling skills, with the ability to take technical information and deliver digitally engaged content.
Essential: Proficiency in Digital communication and content creation. Exposure to developing and executing integrated communications campaigns that establish the organization as a thought leader, translate into higher visibility for the organization and enhance digital engagement.
Preference: Prefer candidates experienced in B2B communications. Prior experience in the Healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
Key KPIs:
Digital Communication:
- Develop and execute the digital communications strategy for Siemens Healthineers in zone India based on user experience and social community management skills to strengthen Siemens Healthineers' digital presence.
- Responsible for managing company web pages, digital engagement, and leadership social media handles.
- Ensure management of digital and social media KPIs, benchmarking, and analytics.
- Enhance the Website performance by utilizing SEO and user experience best practices.
- Develop and execute demand generation/email marketing campaigns utilizing Eloqua and other marketing automation tools. Possess knowledge of and expertise in PPC / Google Ads, SEO, HTML, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua.
- Develop and ensure execution of the social media editorial calendar for Siemens Healthineers, India with experience of working with social media management platforms.
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns and continuously provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Drive employee advocacy on social media and innovative ideas to deliver greater engagement and grow external communities.
Content Marketing:
- Craft compelling and humanizing stories to connect with our audience across diverse channels, infusing relatable experiences into the content narrative.
- Manage editorial calendars to ensure the timely creation of stories aligned with the organization's mission and values.
- Seamlessly integrate SEO optimization into storytelling, staying abreast of industry trends to enhance discoverability.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, weaving their unique narratives into our content strategy.
- Stay on the pulse of industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics, transforming insights into engaging stories.
- Cultivate and maintain a consistent brand voice, ensuring that our stories resonate authentically with our audience.
- Analyze performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights to refine our storytelling approach.
- Contribute innovative ideas that push the boundaries of traditional content, embracing emerging formats and technologies.
