Description: We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Karnal. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on generalist responsibilities. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws. Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on HR-related matters. Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping. Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and managers. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 10+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
