Job Brief:
As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for crafting product experiences through designs for an online suite of web and mobile products. You will be part of the customer-centered product team that collaborates with the product stakeholders, development, and support teams to add delight to the product while making it accessible and easy to use for business customers.
Roles/ Responsibilities:
- Investigating User experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Work with the team to define and redefine the problem statement, and come up with a project execution plan.
- Translate insights into user personas, journey maps, and design requirements with proper documentation.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Collaborating with the product, tech, and marketing team, as well as internal & external stakeholders to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for our users.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research practices and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Assist in establishing design guidelines, best practices, and standards of quality in all design work.
- Stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1-3 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of some of the following technologies and software: Sketch, Figma, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Webflow, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience collaborating with people across multiple disciplines. A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
