Job description
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities - 360* marketing of projects, including handling of vendors/ agencies.
- Brand building for individual project(s)
- Public relation (online/ offline) to get positive publicity for the company.
- Help sales team to achieve their goals by generating required valid leads.
- Understanding of the Market & Consumer segments.
- Create and manage ATL & BTL marketing activities. (Brand Building)
Strategic - Marketing Plan for the Corporate Brand & Individual Projects.
- Media selection, budgeting & planning to increase the project/ Brand reach among the target segments.
- To build up brand equity by doing various marketing activities.
- Public Relation strategy for corporate/ Project
Operational - Drive SEO, SMO (or SEM) and Performance Marketing Campaign (International & Domestic) for lead generation with knowledge of web Analytics and web design.
- Knowledge of SFDC and its integration with third party tools will be an additional advantage.
- To design and implement Sales Gallery / Site Branding.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements within various micro-markets.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing plans and strategies.
- Plan, manage and execute various marketing, advertising, events, promotions, and PR activities.
- Monitor, review, measure and report the effectiveness of all marketing communication activities.
- Determine and manage the marketing budget with focus on cost and quality.
- Deliver marketing collaterals, with focus on timely delivery of content and quality within budget.
- Create innovative and powerful marketing strategies and communications.
- Liaise with print/ outdoor for branding and advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales function to understand specific targets and requirements.
- Develop and coordinate the production of marketing and promotional materials and programs including but not limited to print, digital electronic media, direct e-mailers, audio-visuals, signages etc.
- Support marketing & sales heads in their day-to-day functions.
Functional Skills Required -- Excellent communication skill.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office (& SFDC is desirable).
- Preferably knowledge of Real Estate Marketing or Agency.
- Experience in handling agencies
- Good knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Power Point Presentation

Qualifications Qualification -MBA in Marketing
Experience Required – 10 To 12 Years Must be from Real Estate background
