We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, hard-working, intelligent, humble and like-minded individual with a high level of integrity and commitment. Good communication skills, proficiency in English, Tally ERP experience would be an added advantage. We have an opening for the position of ‘ Senior Manager Accounts ’ and the job responsibilities will be: Ø Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts. Ø Recording of capital market transactions in company specific software. Ø Handling bank accounts, securities related transactions and day-to-day maintenance of Accounts related work. Ø Handling TDS, interest and other payments. Ø Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement and handling of cheque issuance and deposit and co-ordination with the bank. Ø Coordination with the auditor in filing timely returns and submission of documents required by appropriate authorities. Ø Finalization of books of accounts and other documents for audit purposes. Assisting the company’s auditor by presenting all the required information. Ø Discussions with management regarding process improvement and streamlining. Ø Liaison with the Institutions and meeting the Senior levels if required. Ø Will be reporting to the CFO and should be able to cordially coordinate with the Accounts team. Ø Looking for a long term association and someone looking for a stable job can apply. Ø Respond only if you are permanently based in Bangalore. Preferred Qualification : CA / CA inter / CMA Inter ( ICWA) with Finance background having a proven track record demonstrating his/her ability in getting things done.
