Job Overview
We are seeking a Finance Associate to join our team at LifeMagic Group. As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. This includes financial accounting, reporting, analysis, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial accounting and analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in finance operations or related roles
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
- Experience with accounting software and financial management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to provide insights on the company's financial performance
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial operations and profitability
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and systems
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives
