Job description
- Drive sales of credit cards through State Bank group branches of Kolkata Circle.
- Drive Productivity manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes.
- Coaching direct reports to achieve production goals. Actively manages under-performers via performance improvement plans to meet established performance levels.
- Managing large size team by coaching, performing all evaluations, and overseeing performance management plans of field sales managers.
- Managing sales budgets and set targets.
- Establishing team and individual sales goals and providing effective coaching guiding sales representatives to consistently improve their performance.
- Training, developing, and managing a large sales team including Unit Managers, Team Managers sales executives.
- Managing credit card sales in large network of State Bank of India branches located in Kolkata Circle, State bank of India.
- Complete frequent visits to conduct sales presentations, develop product strategies, review pricing, resolution of customer complaints and enhancing sales.
- Build nurture relationships with higher officials of State Bank of India including Branch Managers, Regional managers General Managers to drive SBI credit card sales in all the SBI branches in an effective coordinated manner.
- Responsible for increasing approval rates through right sourcing.
- Single point of contact for all issues that the branches face for their day to day operations.
MBAs with 2 - 3 years experience in sales and marketing with team handling experience.
