Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: · Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. · Design end-to-end HR processes, workflows, and automation using the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module. Technical Leadership: · Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in implementing ServiceNow HR solutions. · Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates and ensure the HR solutions align with industry best practices. · Configuration and Customization: · Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet HR business needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. · Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HR module and other HR systems. Collaboration: · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow HR solutions. · Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of HR projects and initiatives. Documentation: · Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow HR solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides. Training and Support: · Provide training and support to end-users and other IT teams on ServiceNow HR solutions. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow HR platform. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. · Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect with a focus on HR Service Delivery. · Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. · In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including HR Service Delivery module. · Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow to meet specific business requirements. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. · ServiceNow certification(s) in HRSD or related modules is a plus.Job tags
