Job Description:-
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions
Production & Quality Monitoring of Process performance, CM samples /
Temperatures / draughts. Take round of Cement Mill
area and check process / QC conditions required. Take
corrective actions to maintain Production / Quality.
Coordinate with other maintenance departments for
related jobs. Conduct Why-Why analysis Closing stock
verification

Cost Control Daily monitoring of trends. Monitor false air, idle
running of equipments. Take corrective action to
maintain the consumption. Coordinate with Electrical /
Instr./ Mech. maintenance departments for related jobs.
Ensure running of power saving equipments.

Continuous improvement Carryout mass balance studies Conduct other studies
as per requirement Compile data Analyse data
Recommend actions required Take corrective action
House Keeping / Environment/ Safety Take section rounds. Identify unsafe/leakage points.
Monitor performance of dust control equipments like ESP,
dust collectors . Execute /Coordinate corrective
measures. Arrange personal protective material
arrangement & ensure their usage. Arrange tools /
tackles / manpower for the required jobs
Preparation of daily MIS report Prepare Production Report - Prepare Stock Report -
Quality report - SAP reporting
