Job description
- Ensure Manufacturing Output with desired quality for the allocated product group(s)
- Allign desired resources allocation for achieving the output
- Ensure timely troubleshooting on the floor
-Manpower management (discipline, hiring, training)
-Ensure Safety guidelines are always followed
-Plan & Execute Productivity improvement initiatives
- Set the line processes that are lean & yielding optimal output Vs resources
- Be Quality Champion for his/her shop floor
