Job description
KEY RESPONSIBITILES:
- Build Plan to achieve annual revenue and Margin target.
Conceptualization & Revenue Generation
- Develop monetizable properties in the activations space and drive implementation based on market opportunities.
- Provide direction to the Activations team by developing, implementing and monitoring progress of the yearly, quarterly and monthly plan.
- Build relationship with Key Clients
P/L Management
- Ensure Margin SOP at event level and own the Margin Targets across the financial year.
- Own Revenue, Margin and Cost targets of the business.
- Revenue generation for partner properties
Process Compliance
- Ensure adherence to processes. (Explain -)(procurement Vendor management , Cash collection)
- Ensure collections from clients within specified timelines.
- Ensure flawless execution of all events and be custodian of customer experience.
- Be the Brand Custodian of the Mirchi Brand
Team Management
- Train team members to sell existing & new properties.
- Drive team members for achievement of revenue and profitability target.
- Build an atmosphere for collaborative team efforts.
- Facilitate smooth cross functional interactions for the team
INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER:
- Cluster Head, Regional Director, National MA Head
- Execution Manager
External STAKEHOLDER
- Key Clients, Agencies, Event Managers
TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIRED :
- Post Graduate with 12 – 15 years of experience in sales (Experience in events background a plus).
- Understanding of Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing & Experiential marketing.
- Be proficient with Microsoft office
